FLASH
MOVIE - TROUBLESHOOTING
Movie
Doesn't Finish Loading or Stops Part Way Through
If
internet traffic is heavy, the movie may be interrupted while
loading or playing or both. Sometimes the movie will resume, however
if traffic is severe or the connection is lost, it will not. Remember
you can also download the movie and run it from your computer
rather than from the web server.
If
you retry and the movie always stops at the same place, it means
your browser cache will have to be cleared. Don't worry if you
don't know what that means! Here's what you do if you have Internet
Explorer 5 or Netscape 4:
Internet
Explorer
From
the Tools menu, select "Internet Options". Under the
"General" tab you will see a section that says "Temporary
Internet Files". Press the "Delete Files" button
and then confirm the delete. (You do not have to delete the offline
files).
Netscape
From
the Edit menu select "Preferences". Under "Category"
click on the '+' symbol next to "Advanced", then click
on "Cache". Press the "Clear Memory Cache"
and then "Clear Disk Cache" buttons on the right side.
Buttons

you have this problem, you either don't have Javascript enabled
on your browser, or you may be using an old browser version, or
unsupported browser. If you know this is not the case, please
email us with
details of what browser you are using, including the version number,
and what operating system and version is on your computer.
Can't
hear any sound.
Make
sure your computer sound card is functioning properly and the
volume is turned up to a comfortable listening level. Windows
users should be able to double click on the speaker icon in the
system tray (lower right portion of the screen) to adjust sound
